Concrete Products
Main company of the group, and is dedicated to the manufacture and supply of prefabricated concrete products. It has 7 manufacturing parks with 300.000 m², a built area of 45.000 m² which houses 18 automated production lines; with an average production capacity to produce and mold 100.000 m³ of concrete per month.
It has manufacturing facilities in Gondemaria, Ourém, Fátima, Palmela, Setúbal, Benavente and Beja.
QUALITY POLICY
How do we evaluate suppliers?Verdasca&Verdasca qualifies and evaluates its suppliers, as a requirement of NP EN ISO 9001:2015, a pre-assessment, qualification and continuous monitoring of supplies, according to the elements described below.
The supplier is subject to an evaluation where the criterion of compliance with mandatory legal/regulatory requirements associated with the product/service may have an exclusion character.
The various criteria, listed below, will be given a percentage score where
Suppliers with:
- score of 90% or higher (classification of Excellent).
- score of 75% or more and less than 90% (classification of Good).
- score of 50% or more and less than 75% (grade of Average).
- score of less than 50% (Fail).
The following describes the criteria, which are taken into account in the qualification and monitoring/control:
- Delivery Deadlines
- Prices
- Quality of the product or service
Whenever Non-Conformities are detected in any supply, these will be subject to complaint to the supplier.
